StoneManor Homes was founded by industry veterans John Tucker and Scott Sparks with one clear goal: to build homes that reflect the way people actually live today. After nearly 30 years in leadership roles with regional and national homebuilders, the two recognized a need for more inspired, design-forward homes that still feel attainable. So they created StoneManor, a Houston-based builder focused on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship and flexible living.

Together with their trusted team, they bring more than 80 years of combined experience and a fresh perspective to homebuilding in the Greater Houston area. Their work is guided by a commitment to building better homes: homes that are not only well-constructed, but also well-considered.

What We Build

At StoneManor, we offer homes from the mid $300s to over $1 million, designed for a wide range of homeowners, from first-time buyers to established families looking for something more distinctive. Every home is built with flexibility, light, and flow in mind, along with a selection of thoughtful options that let buyers personalize the space to match their lifestyle.
